Coaching for excellence in sales Performance. Our programs target behavioural change that unlocks Potential and reduces Interference.

The programs address the needs of sales personnel from those that are at an early stage of their sales career through to experienced star performers and all the layers in between.

IntraBlue's programs focus on achieving the behavioural change that is critical to sustained improvement in sales Performance through:

  • Increasing and/or leveraging motivation
  • Unlocking and leveraging market, company and individual Potential
  • Reducing internal Interference
  • Re-enforcing company initiatives for increasing sales Performance.

The IntraBlue FrameWorkTM clarifies goals and increases motivation and behavioural awareness. Hurdles and barriers are identified; areas of Potential and Performance growth are selected and worked on in a designed coaching alliance.

The IntraBlue FrameworkTM consists of:

  • Assessment and discovery tools.
  • Management feedback and input.
  • Group workshop.
  • 2.5 hour structured launch session.
  • Twice monthly 45 minute coaching sessions.

The IntraBlue Framework TM has been specifically designed to blend in and support existing company initiatives, assessments and 360 feedback processes.
