Paul O'Connell formally launched IntraBlue in 2007 after working in the technology sector for 25 plus years. Having built a successful career and established an excellent track record through pre-sales, sales, sales management and general management, his passion is helping individuals, teams and businesses connect their Sales Performance with their true Sales Potential.
IntraBlue addresses the behavioural challenges of connecting Sales Performance with Sales Potential. The IntraBlue FrameWorkTM uses the disciplines and techniques of coaching and peak Performance together with a clear understanding of the sales process and the behavioural Interference that can inhibit sales Performance. The IntraBlue FrameWorkTM has benefited from two years of research, development and refinement and continues to benefit from the latest research in the areas of Performance and leadership development.
Paul worked in Hewlett Packard in pre-sales and sales, at Sequent Computer Systems in sales and sales Management. In the late 90's, Paul moved to work in privately held technology companies to help them achieve their full Potential in Europe. His roles included : European Sales Director at enCommerce (acquired by Entrust Technologies). General Manager UK, Ireland and South Africa at WRQ (acquired by 3 Private Equity Companies). European Managing Director at Thor Technologies (acquired by Oracle).
All coaches working with IntraBlue are successful and experienced sales professionals and have been trained by ICF (International Coaching Federation) www.coachfederation.org accredited training organisations.
